To get the most out of this training we suggest a minimum of 12 months teaching experience or practise.

This course will help you understand what happens during all stages of pregnancy and post natal recovery.

Course includes the skills and knowledge of:
  • Yoga for natural conception
  • Remedial Yoga Therapy postures and movements for each trimester
  • Health issues such as blood pressure and muscle fatigue
  • Yoga for your Birthing Plan
  • Improve hormonal instability

Natal Foundation Teacher Training courses are delivered over one weekend, Friday night, Saturday and Sunday.  Each course includes face-to-face learning hours with experience remedial yoga therapy teachers , home study and practical teaching components.

Advanced Techniques Natal Yoga Teacher Training Course

Foundation Natal Teacher Training courses include teaching for fertility, trimester based pregnancy yoga and post-natal session.  This course is a the perfect introduction to remedial natal yoga therapy.

The Advanced Techniques Natal Teacher Training includes the remedial yoga therapy adjustment and movements for induction, baby positioning and structural alignment.  You will learn to develop condition based programs for special needs such as gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, oedema, insomnia and structural issues.

This course also includes yoga for active birth processes helping women deal with the fear of birth with a clear thought and understanding.
