By practicing yoga and focusing on your body and breath, you’ll discover techniques and exercises that will assist when delivering your baby. We offer sessions catering to each trimester, nutritional advice, and pre-natal fitness safety. Practicing yoga throughout your pregnancy can provide you with the following benefits:

When undergoing pregnancy there are a lot of changes to your body, some more obvious than others. We are concerned with helping you through the other aspects of pregnancy, including the following:

- Back aches
By focusing on gentle movements and stretching during pregnancy, we aim to help you maintain a healthy exercise regime, without risking any injury or discomfort. By taking these classes, we can also help strengthen your muscle and posture — which allows you to move safely and strongly while carrying your child.
The Yoga House is a premier studio for accredited teacher training and teaching remedial yoga. Based in Sydney, instructors have over 50 years combined experience teaching yoga to people of all walks of life.
