Our college ran WholeFood Macro Cooking demonstrations this year to show everyone training to be a yoga teacher how to cook the perfect noodles – every time.
What you will need
- Water
- Organic Sea Salt
- Noodles
And it really is this simple
- Put enough water on to boil to generously cover the noodles and pop in a big pinch of sea salt.
- Bring the water to the boil and pop in your noodles. The water will go off the boil.
- When the water is boiling away again, pop in half a cup of water.
- Then repeat when the pot is boiling again.
- When it boils for the third time just remove and drain the noodles to serve.
This no oil method is a health, macro way to enjoy all your noodles and pasta.
