Cold weather and Winter eating habits may have left you feeling tired and sluggish. The TYH team feel the same and that is why we are organising 5 days of Japanese Therapy Yoga to:
- get you breathing and thinking clearly again
- rejuvenate and increase circulation to tired muscles
- improve overall blood quality
- have a bit of a laugh
- meet some new people
- kick start a weight loss regime
You won’t even have to make breakfast as it will be supplied each morning after class for you to eat-in ot take-away.
Our 2018 Spring 5 Day Yoga Intensive includes:
Five 6am Yoga Classes PLUS Five Healthy Spring Breakfasts (in-house or on the go)
Monday 24th September 2018 to Friday 28th September 2018
Four Evening Yoga Classes from our Normal Timetable
Your choice of one of our evening classes (Monday to Thursday – booking on the day a must)
Payment required to confirm your place on the mat. All night classes require you to book with your teacher each monring or calling up on 9817 0078. No refund will be issued for missed classes or cancellation. All food allergies can be catered for, simply let us know at the time of booking.
