This broth is great for relieving tight and tired shoulders as it works on the upper back of the body helping to eliminate animal products. It also works for headaches (especially at the side of the head), hayfever, high temperatures and fevers, and organ inflammations.
Pop two or three organic dried shiitake mushrooms (make sure you get top quality) in a pot with 2 cups of water. Boil then simmer until the shiitakes swell and the water has a tinge of brown. Pour into cup without the mushrooms and add tamari or shoyu to taste.
