We enjoy these cucumbers with most meals on Japanese Yoga retreats and Detox programs, but they can be eaten anytime you like, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pop them on the side of any dish or add them on top of your tahini dip next time for light and crunchy goodness.
All you need is :
- Finely sliced Cucumbers
- Organic Sea Salt
All you have to do is:
Lie the sliced cucumbers flat evenly on a plate and sprinkle them with sea salt. Press another plate on top of the cucumber and leave for a minimum of 5 to 10 minutes in the fridge. Rinse the cucumbers well to remove the salt and the acid that the salt has drawn out.
