Our yoga studio specialises in Remedial Yogatherapy. It’s like physiotherapy but where you become your own therapist – right there on the mat. Through this specialised yoga your teachers will guide you safely through movements that will allow you to focus on your body, how you move and the way you breathe.
Even just one yoga class a week will help you build strength in the weaker areas you discover that will in turn allow you to relax the areas that have been overworked, often causing pain or discomfort.
