A month has already come and gone and we have now finished the beginners class module.
I’m still working on my breathing but my main focus is now trying to keep my feet flexed and practise sitting in seiza.
So because I don’t like to do things in halves I thought I would insert my practise into my everyday life and try and tackle 2 things at once and practice sitting in seiza (this is sitting on the souls of your feet with your heal touching each other…. (Yep once again sounds easy enough) and…. practice Karmic yoga (you’re going to love this Lisa Masters) by folding the pile of all of mine, and my kids clothes that seem to never get done.
Not only did I get through the massive pile but I also folded the next load that I brought in straight away that would have normally just been left in the basket again for the next week or 2….. or 3…, some might say I was in the flow!☯️
My ankles were killing.. but at least my washing was away 😆
