YOGA BOOT CAMP

INTENSE YOGA THERAPY

Kick start your 2012 with a yoga and complimentary exercise program.  

The program will include 14 Yoga Classes (Monday 6pm 16.01.12, Tuesday 6am and 6pm 17.01.12, Wednesday 6pm 18.01.12, Thursday 6am and 6pm 19.01.12 and Saturday 7am 21.01.12, Monday 6pm 23.01.12, Tuesday 6am and 6pm 24.01.12, Wednesday 6pm 25.01.12, Thursday 6am and 6pm 26.01.12 and Saturday 7am 28.01.12. 

You will be encouraged to WALK and SWIM and BREATH over these two weeks to relieve stress and have you feeling fighting fit when the boot camp comes to a close.
