			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Yoga House is a totally unique centre offering traditional Yoga therapy which allows us to cater your needs &#8211; as an individual.</p>
<p><strong>What is Therapy Yoga?</strong></p>
<p>Therapy Yoga is a unique form of yoga as it works with the body’s natural energy systems – the Qi meridians. Therapy Yoga works the bodies meridians in much the same way that acupuncture works (however without the needles). Through adapting traditional postures, the way we breathe and the way we move, we can either tone or sedate areas of energy to improve general health levels. In this way Therapy Yoga brings balance to the body &amp; mind.</p>
<p>Therapy Yoga is great for back and neck problems, injury recovery, digestive issues, conception and fertility, natal care, hormonal imblances and, of course, great general health.</p>
<p>Our Yoga has taken its origins from Japanese Yoga such as Oki, Ki &amp; Ryoho, and has been enriched with Traditional Chinese Medicine and oriental diagnostic techniques forming a scientific based therapeutic yoga. Yet our yoga is surprisingly easy going and no classes are ever the same.</p>
<p>Come along and experience this unique form of yoga, blending oriental yoga with modern science. We offer a full timetable with all classes run by accredited yoga teachers and therapists.</p>

<p>The Yoga House is a dedicated College of Therapy Yoga &amp; Zen Shiatsu in the inner west of Sydney.  We promote an enriched program of learning including close mentoring &amp; tutorial style teaching that ensures all students receive optimal knowledge through our affordable and flexible delivery programs.<strong> </strong></p>
<p>Our Certificate and Diploma courses are unique in Sydney, as all students are taught by practicing Japanese Therapy Yoga &amp; Zen Shiatsu Therapists and Teachers, under the guidance of our Sensei Lisa Masters. The Yoga House students study and practice as part of a working Therapy Yoga studio and Zen Shiatsu clinic.</p>
<p>Through these in house mentoring style programs you will receive invaluable skills necessary to become a successful professional health care<br />

<p>The first thing we ask of you is to make yourself well – this is not a gauge on how fit you are, we are talking about how well and balanced you are.  Once you can identify your own health you will better understand others.</p>
<p>Then you will study our extensive diagnostic based teaching style techniques that will allow you to work with a wide range of clients in all specialty areas such as injury recovery, back and neck problems, digestive issues, conception and fertility, natal.  All our anatomy and physiology courses are based on the asanas, which brings relevance to the study, not just rote learning techniques or set routines.  It is with this understanding of the human<br />
body you will become more than just a yoga teacher; you will be able to help people as a Yoga Therapist.</p>
<p>Our courses are rich with insights into Yoga, Eastern Medical Philosophies and Zen Shiatsu massage.  The Yoga House has further developed the therapeutic aspect of other Japanese yoga and helped develop the careers of many yoga teachers through apprenticeship style programs and diploma<br />

<p>Join us just 50 minutes from Sydney and ou can experience a rejuvenating yoga retreat that have you feeling fab for summer.</p>

<p>The focus of this retreat is rejuvenation of the mind and body for an extra dose of vitality. Detoxing doesn&#8217;t require suffering and harsh regimes. Our gentle program of therapeutic yoga combined with relaxation and macrobiotic magic meals will support and nourish your body systems allowing the mind to take a well earned rest.</p>
<p>So much can be achieve through a carefully designed yoga retreat and we offer loads of Therapy Yoga throughout the weekend. The vegetarian macrobiotic menu is prepared to the highest quality and every cooking session gives you the opportunity to learn about good food.</p>
<p>Every evening is filled with healing compressors, zen shiatsu, acupuncture and realistic dietary and lifestyle advice from a team lead by Lisa Masters.</p>
<p>All inclusive twin share accommodation from only $390.</p>
<p>Appointments can be made for Corrective Yoga Sessions and General Wellbeing Treatments with Lisa Masters. Bookings must be made in advance at a cost of $120. Body scrubs and massages also available &#8211; bookings required.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Basics of Good Food, our latest macrobiotic cooking class&nbsp;was held on Saturday and was filled with all the information you need to eat well with SATISFACTION.&nbsp; Lisa and Lyn showed us how to cook some of the&nbsp;basic recipes that form a&nbsp;base for&nbsp;versitile and tasty&nbsp;macrobiotic family meals.&nbsp; Lisa also discussed&nbsp;how to recognise Flavour and Essences within your food and how these can work in your favour for flavour and good health.&nbsp; We also discovered lots of ways to add calcium and protein to our diet without relying totally on dairy and meat products.</p>
<p>Cooking for&nbsp;Summer Christmas is our next macrobiotic cooking class and is being held on 26th November 2011.&nbsp; We can only have ten in each session, so book now.&nbsp; Our recipes will including baking treats, breads, festive </p>
