There will be free a Free Yoga Class at 11am with Lisa Masters and Free Workshop with Lisa Masters at 1pm where you will learn more about Japanese Therapy Yoga and our wonderful teacher training courses! Bookings for the class and workshop are essential so call or email us today.
Anatomy of Yoga Course
This is the perfect bridging course to bring your anatomy & physiology knowledge together with traditional asanas.
Gain more from your yoga with an intricate understanding of the functioning of the body through this combined knowledge. This is a must for all teaching therapy yoga and practicing corrective yoga diagnosis.
