This workshop includes yoga designed especially for improving your bladder control and pelvic floor function. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience the great changes acupuncture can have in this area and receive some practical take-home advice that will help make long lasting changes to your daily life.

The Yoga House takes you beyond teaching generalised yoga classes. Our extensive training in the asanas and study of qi meridian functions will enable you to design specific therapeutic classes that target real health issues. You will be able to deal with the individual requirements of people within a group setting.
